Directions
Arriving into town from Warwick, turn left at first roundabout into Lock Street. We are 1.8 kms from this point. Go through intersection at Divadi Street and under railway overpass. At T-section roundabout turn right into Greenup St and follow the directional signage to Diamondvale.
Cancellation Policy
All payments are non-refundable. However bookings are transferable within a 12 month period providing that the alteration is made more than 30 days prior to arrival date. No alterations or changes can be made less than 30 days prior to arrival date.
Group booking alterations - Group bookings reducing in size may incur an increase in the per person package rates. We reserve the right to retain deposit monies associated with the cancelled portion of the group booking.
Minimum night stay requirements - We reserve the right to insist on minimum night stays for peak periods e.g. special local events school holidays and public holidays may incur minimum night stays. There is a minimum stay requirement of 3 nights over long weekends. **Online bookings are also subject to the same conditions. If the online booking system permits a stay that does not comply with our minumum stay duration condition we reserve the right to cancel this booking or offer an opportunity for the guest to comply with the minimum nights requested.
