Euroa Butter Factory

Built in 1901, this beautiful historic building set on 5 acres has been lovingly transformed into modern five star warehouse-style accommodation and function spaces. The property is a 6 bedroom, fully licensed bed and breakfast. All rooms are styled with a mix of contemporary and antique furnishings. On weekends our guests enjoy cooked breakfasts in our Cafe Store serving regional produce, wines and craft beer.


Conference and Board meeting facilities available too.

The Euroa Butter Factory is located on the outskirts of Euroa township, approximately 90minutes north of Melbourne via the Hume Freeway. >p>
From the Hume Hwy, take the Euroa exit and proceed to the main street via Clifton Street (Old Hume Hwy). Turn left at Binney Street and drive down the main shopping precinct to the end, where you'll come to a T jumction. Turn right and travel parallel to the railway on Railway Street. Follow Railway Pde which leads under a 2nd railway underpass and you will come up near the Showgrounds. The Butter FActory is directly ahead on you on your right.

Cancellation Policy

Euroa Butter Factory is non smoking.

We operate a minimum stay policy of 2 nights at weekends and 3 nights on public holidays.

Check-in is by appointment only - with no check-in after 9.30pm. Check-out is 11am - and late departure packages are available.

For the comfort of all our guests we do not accept pets at Euroa Butter Factory or any Stag or Hen party bookings.

Full payment is required for all on-line bookings and we accept Visa or Mastercard.

Should you cancel the booking the first nights accommodation cost will be retained. If a reservation is cancelled within 5 days of arrival the total cost of the stay will be forfeited unless we are able to resell the accommodation.

It is recommended you take out appropriate travel insurance.
