If you cancel your booking with more than 30 days notice you will receive a full refund minus a $50 admin fee. If you cancel your booking within thirty days of arrival no refund is provided. If you shorten your stay once you are here no refund is provided of unused nights - owner discretion applies. Travel insurance strongly recommended.
