Cancellation Policy

Kalbarri Wilderness Cruises Policy:
We reserve the right to cancel any scheduled cruise subject to weather conditions unforeseen circumstances or minimum numbers. In this instance a full refund will be provided or you may transfer for another day. If a cruise is missed without notice this is classed as a "no show" and full payment is forfeited. Any cruises cancelled within 24 hours notice forfeit their payments. All cancellations incur a 15% cancellation fee by the operator. Children's age are 2-15 years. Aged Australian Pension Concession discount is offered.
Minimum numbers of 8 are required for our cruises to depart.

'Covid19 - Mandatory Vaccination Directions' The WA State Government issued the official 'Proof of Vaccination Directions' (31st Jan 2022). Proof of vaccination is required we ask all patrons to please have their vaccination status ready to view when boarding Kalbarri Wilderness Cruises.

'Health and Safety'
We are a certified Covid clean practicing business a module implemented by the Australian Tourism Industry Council that provides updated guidelines on COVID19 cleaning procedures. We complete wellness checks to ensure the skipper is healthy and symptom-free. If you or anyone in your group is experiencing flu-like symptoms we will work directly with you to cancel refund or reschedule your tour.
