This stately 4 bedroom/2 bathroom residence has been beautifully renovated and all traditional features, such as the magnificent stained timber architraves, picture rails and mantels preserved as original features of the home.
There are two huge Master Bedrooms, one with an ensuite, and two additional bedrooms both with beautiful Tasmanian Oak polished floors with twin King Single beds in each as well as a double fully sprung divan in the dining room.
Hopkins on Charles can therefore accommodate up to 10 persons if required
.A feature of the huge formal lounge is the magnificent original fireplace and craftsman built mantle piece along with the traditional bay window overlooking the front garden.
A separate sunroom catches the morning sun and is a delightful place to contemplate the day ahead.
The formal dining room also contains the original mantle and another 2nd brick fireplace along with an 8 seater dining suite and comfortable divan that also doubles up as a double bed should the same be required.
The separate kitchen which was fully renovated several years ago is relatively spacious and comes complete with a smaller dining suite. A unique feature is the under bench wall oven and hot plates built into the original kitchen fireplace.
There are two bathrooms for convenience as well as a fully equipped laundry with auto washing machine and dryer and laundry trough.

There is also a formal lounge and a fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher adjacent the living/dining room which also features a large original ceiling ornament.
The master bedroom comprises a queen bed, chaise lounge for private relaxation as well as LCD television.
The second bedroom, with polished floors also contains a queen sized bed
The third bedroom contains two king single beds. All beds have electric blankets for the cooler times.
The formal lounge complete with beautiful lead light windows is complete with leather settees, writing desk and large LCD television and DVD player. Of course a selection of DVD?s are supplied for your enjoyment .Ideal for 6 people wanting all the comforts of home.

All bookings deposits are non refundable where a cancellation is made within and including a 14 day period prior to date of Arrival. Where cancellations are effected outside of this period. an administrative charge of $60 is applicable.
