If a booking is cancelled more than 24 hours prior to check-in your deposit will be refunded less a 15% cancellation fee.
If a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to check-in or amended following check-in you are not entitled to a refund.
The Carnarvon Visitors Centre has a $25 processing fee on all refunds.
