Directions

23km south of the Shoalhaven Bridge (Nowra) there is a sign for "St Georges Basin, Tomerong, Jervis Bay". Turn left here onto Island Point Rd. Follow this road for 7km. At the second roundabout (the road changes to The Wool Road) until the third roundabout. Turn right here into Larmer Avenue. Follow this road, which veers right into Paradise Beach Rd, past the shops (on the left) and the Country Club (on the right). At the third street past the Club turn left. This is Walmer Avenue. 153 Walmer Avenue is approx. 250m on the right. There are big coral trees out the front. The house number is on the house. Vicki will contact customer for collection of keys etc.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be given if alternative accommodation can be sourced within 2 weeks of arrival. If you cancel in between 60 days to 30 days prior your arrival you will get 50% refund. The total price of the reservation will be charged in case you cancel in between 30 days of your arrival.

Indemnity Policy: It is a condition of this booking that you provide a $600.00 security deposit or bond. The owner will contact you to organise a security bond. This can be done by card or direct deposit. All damages/replacements must be paid for in full by the tenant. By confirming your booking you agree to these terms and conditions.
