Port Huon Cottages are designed around spectacular views over the Huon River and Hartz Mountains. The cottages are fully self-contained. All have private verandahs with water views, off-street parking and modern facilities. Each cottage has an outside BBQ and entertainment area . Only 5 minutes from the township of Geeveston or 30 minutes from the Tahune AirWalk and the Hartz Mountain National Park.

Port Huon Cottages is the ideal place to base yourself for a Southern Tasmania holiday. We are just half an hour drive from the Tahune Adventures site and the majestic walks in the Hartz Mountain National Park, one hour from Hastings Caves, Ida Bay Railway and Cockle Creek; the southernmost point which you can drive in Australia and on the edge of the World Heritage area – also either the beginning or the end of the world renowned South Coast Walking Track. We are just a 45 minute drive to the Bruny Island Ferry Terminal; your access point to the world famous Bruny Island Cruises; and 40 minutes to the Salamanca Markets.
