Tanunda House sits on an acre of stunning grounds in the heart of the iconic Barossa. Boasting five beautifully decorated bedrooms (four with decadent en-suite bathrooms), fully equipped kitchen, magnificent open-plan indoor living area, and outdoor entertaining and leisure facilities like no other, this is the ideal place for families and friends to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Our proximity to the main hub of town makes us ideal for an easy stroll to Tanunda restaurants, cafes and shops. A truly luxurious base for exploring the wonders of the Barossa.
Outside, the well-equipped bar, complete with a full-sized Teppanyaki grill, flat screen TV, fireplace and sound system, overlooks a spacious covered verandah with stunning gardens beyond. The ideal spot to relax around the fireplace with a glass of your favourite local drop while enjoying the company of close friends, family or work associates. Outdoor entertaining doesn’t get much better than this!
Beyond the verandah and outdoor entertaining area lies the idyllic swimming pool. Dive into the cool depths for some welcome relief on a hot summer’s day. Or simply lie back with a good book and relax on one of the comfortable lounges. You have no choice but to unwind, surrounded by your own slice of heaven in an exquisitely landscaped garden.
Literally a few steps from your luxurious hideaway walk onto your own private tennis court for a tennis challenge with your partner, a fun-filled family hit with loved ones, or why not organise a tennis team-building challenge with your work associates? All you need are your sports shoes - balls and rackets are provided. The perfect way to let off some steam in the privacy of your luxury retreat!
Back inside the modern cinema room adds an extra special experience to your stay. Lie back on one of the comfortable couches and watch your favourite movie.
