Directions
Kryal Castle is located just outside Ballarat, approximately one hour drive from Melbourne. From Melbourne, take the Western Freeway which leads past the townships of Bacchus Marsh and Ballan, to Ballarat. Set on the side of Mt Warrenheip, visitors can enjoy beautiful views over Ballarat and the surrounding countryside from the Castle grounds. There is ample free carparking onsite.
Cancellation Policy
All guests are entitled to a full refund outside of 24hrs prior to the arrival date. Any cancellation within the 24hr period before the arrival date will no be eligible for a refund.
If you are suffering from COVID-19 or have been directed by the Victorian Department of Health to isolate you will be entitled to a full refund of your ticket.
If you are unable to attend due to restrictions placed on your abilty to travel due to COVID-19 you will also be entitled to a full refund.
Please note you must show proof of double vaccination to enter Kryal Castle.
